Application Payment

PLEASE NOTE: There is currently an issue with the updated versions of Chrome and Microsoft Edge. Users with the updated version may experience timing out issues in relation to making payments. Other browsers are not affected.

PLEASE PROCESS THE PAYMENT ONCE. In the event that you do not make it to the ‘confirmation’ screen, please contact the relevant Council office before making a 2nd attempt or check your bank statement to confirm your payment has been processed.

When paying the fee for your Application you will need your Payment reference number. This can be found at the bottom section of your permit or tax invoice. Please refer to sample tax invoice.

Please note:
  • If any details on the notice are incorrect please correct the information on the form and return the entire notice together with payment to the Council in person, mail or contact Council on 9205 5555.

  • Ensure that the correct information is entered and double check the permit number used is the same as that listed on your permit/tax invoice. The Council will not be responsible for incorrectly entered information.
