Building Regulations 2006 - Reg 610

Regulation 610 requires that every stormwater drainage system to the point of discharge must be approved by the relevant building surveyor.

The report and consent of the relevant Council (City of Yarra) must show the location of the point of discharge and must be obtained prior to an application for a building permit.
